"The staff was the most friendly, professional and service oriented that we have encountered anywhere in the Caribbean. "My family came and stayed at the resort. We loved the beach and everything about the hotel and island itself . We would personally want to give a big thank you to the beach crew , Emilio, Shawn , Antonia (he works at the pool don’t know how to spell it ). They were AWESOME !! "Beautiful Resort"

"Beautiful resort with fantastic pool and beach. Rooms were top of the line and luxurious. Views from balcony were so nice. Poolside bar was a great place to relax. Enjoyed a wonderful vacation here. "The Perfect Place to be at Grace Bay"

"My wife and I stayed 5 days at The Palms and we considered this the perfect place to be at Grace Bay. Even the junior suite was very spacious and luxury equipped. The staff was extremely friendly and we felt being part of a community rather than staying in a luxury hotel. The bar, the restaurants, breakfast and the shops, all had it’s special flavor.
